REPORTING A COMPLAINT

The complaint management program has the following objectives:


  1. To receive, manage, and resolve all complaints related to the Anti-Corruption Program and/or any concerns associated with questionable matters, any type of information, doubts, or suspicions of fraudulent acts, including ethical misconduct and corruption in any form. This includes any behavior that undermines transparency and/or the Anti-Corruption Program, whether originating from internal or external sources, as well as violations of the Code of Ethics.

  2. To ensure that all employees and third parties can anonymously submit complaints through the established mechanisms. These complaints may include any type of information, doubts, or suspicions of acts of corruption, or any other conduct that undermines transparency, the Anti-Corruption Program, and/or applicable regulations.
